Shipping policy
I ship all packages by USPS with delivery confirmation. Items will ship within 1 - 4 business days. Exceptions are made for large and custom orders. In this case, you will be notified by me as to a time frame for shipping.
Items not received: If your tracking says ‘delivered’ but you have not received the item, give it a few days. Sometimes the delivery is delayed. Meanwhile, check around the property to see if it was delivered in an odd place. Check with family members to see if someone brought in the package and forgot to tell you. Check with neighbors and your local Post Office. Let me know and I will see what I can do on my end. If all come up negative, you may be the victim of theft and will have to file a report with the Post Office. Items that show in tracking that they were delivered will not be refunded.
Incorrect address: If a customer provides an incomplete or inaccurate address upon submission of an order, and the order is shipped, becomes undeliverable and then returned to Simply Creative Living; the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to re-send the package. This applies to all orders whether a customer originally paid for shipping of not. No refunds will be issued, and a customer will forfeit original payment.
